My father has been to go to Korean. According to him, their foods are always red and spicy because they put pepper or kimchi in dishes, every day every time. It is more spicy than Japanese one. When they finish to eat, they go to toilet and clean teeth with toothwash.
He felt it is strange but he became too familisr after a few weeks. when they aet, there are many seasonings in each small plates. It is interesting, but I think it is irreverent.
